Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company in Missouri is looking for a compassionate CMT to join our care team. You will distribute prescribed medications, attend to residents’ dining needs, respond to call lights, and document care in MARs, while engaging with residents to promote a warm, supportive environment.

• Must have a valid CMT licensure/certification.
• Strong patient-care skills and ability to work with diverse residents.
