Certified Medical Technician (CMT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Certified Medical Technician (CMT) is primarily responsible for preparing medications for patients, assists with other duties as needed
• Administering various types of medication throughout the day
• Recording every dose of medication administered
• Observing patients to look for changes
• The Certified Medical Technician (CMT) is a valued member of the team and is critical in notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with patients
• Following all safety protocols
