Qualifications

• ASCP/AMT/AAB MLT certification required or equivalent.
• Ability to perform complex lab procedures with accuracy.
• Strong attention to quality control and equipment calibration.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological, or microscopic tests on specimens.
• Conduct quality control to ensure proper instrument function and reagents.
• Calibrate, standardize, and maintain instruments per procedures.
• Validate, review, and report test results; train staff as needed.
• Assist in purchasing supplies and equipment as required.
