Job summary

Urologic Consultants of Southeastern Pennsylvania, LLP is seeking a Medical Assistant Certified to support the delivery of urological services. You will perform routine administrative and clinical tasks, greet patients, take vitals, collect history, and assist physicians during exams and procedures in a busy practice.

The role requires graduation from a Medical Assistant program and 6 months of office experience; BLS is also required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program required.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepares patients and coordinate appointments.
• Measure and record vital signs and collect patient history.
• Perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests; assist with EKGs and in-office procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations and educate on medications and home care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and support office flow and documentation.
