MANA Urgent Care seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to support physicians in urgent care settings at two Northwest Arkansas locations. The CMA will assist with procedures, manage schedules, and coordinate charting and lab results to ensure timely patient care.
Ideal candidates are flexible, dependable, and licensed CMA/RMA with CPR certification; EMR experience and prior urgent care exposure are a plus. This role focuses on high-quality, efficient care across weekend shifts.
The Certified Medical Assistant position is under the supervision physician. The CMA to the Physician is responsible for providing direct or indirect care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic Medical Assistant principals, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
Our Urgent Care employees primary do three 12 hour shifts with an upgraded accrual rate to accommodate and support weekend and holiday work. We are looking for staff that is dependable and flexible and enjoys seeing something new everyday.
MANA Urgent Care provides medical care to Northwest Arkansas seven days a week from 7 am to 7 pm at two locations in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
