Job summary

Tri-Cities Community Health is seeking Certified Medical Assistants to join our care team at the Kennewick Primary and Dental Care site. You will support both medical and nursing staff, delivering safe, precise patient care and assisting across departments.

Requirements include a WA CMA license, CPR within 3 months, and at least a high school diploma; 1 year of experience preferred. Monday–Friday schedule in Pasco-Kennewick area with benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Current Certified Medical Assistant license from the State of Washington.
• Must have or obtain CPR certification within three (3) months of hire.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and non-direct patient care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date certification and medical knowledge.
• Efficiently operate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Attend required safety training and follow safety protocols.
• Follow exposure control plans and bloodborne/pathogens protocols.
• Upkeep departmental supplies and inventory.
• Treat patients with respect and professionalism.
• Collaborate across departments and facilities to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
