Job summary

JMI Resource Inc. is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a pediatrics-preferred role. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime based on patient needs and clinic operations.

Pay ranges from $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced clinical environment while supporting providers and patients.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
• Pediatric experience is a plus or preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Administer injections, medications, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient follow-up as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and clinic policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
