UofL Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the JHHS - Jewish Hospital - ULP - AMG team in Louisville, KY. You will perform patient triage, take vital signs, document history, and assist clinicians in exam rooms and in the EHR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Medical Assisting degree preferred.
• 1 year of medical assisting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain medical history and triage patients.
• Record vitals and reconcile medication lists in EHR.
• Assist physicians in exams and minor procedures.
• Schedule surgeries/tests and coordinate admissions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
