Job summary

Vironix seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to bridge clinic care with home health monitoring. You will meet patients on-site at partner clinics to set up monitoring tools and educate them on how to use the devices effectively.

Additionally, you will check in with patients remotely by phone or video, reviewing vitals and following up on their health status. A flexible, hybrid schedule is available and shaping weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Active certification required.
• Experience in patient care preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth and remote monitoring.
