Lakeland Regional Health is seeking motivated individuals for entry-level Medical Assistant positions in Central Florida. The roles support providers with patient care, scheduling, and record-keeping in clinics, urgent care centers, and a future Emergency Department.

LRH emphasizes teamwork, safety, and patient-centered care. Qualified candidates are high school graduates, trained Medical Assistants, and CPR-certified, with preferred experience.

Competenze

• High School or Equivalent.
• Graduate of accredited Medical Assisting program.
• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR).
• 3 years of prior experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred).

Mansioni

• Assist providers with patient care and clerical duties.
• Use EMR to schedule appointments, document records, and manage patient information.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per provider directives.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Engage patients and families in understanding and following care plans.
