Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with exams and patient preparation (e.g., PAPS) to minimize delays.
• Accurately document and complete billing and encounter forms the same day.
• Maintain patient records with careful attention to detail and HIPAA compliance.
• Greet patients courteously and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Support infection control policies and keep the work area clean and organized.
