• Demonstrates knowledge of the certified medical assistant scope, delivering holistic patient-centered care.
• Guides patients through the health care system and helps them arrive on time for appointments.
• Provides emotional support in line with the plan of care.
• Assists with referrals to specialists for diagnosis or treatment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
