Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant National Certification Attestation (AAMA/AMCA/AMT/NCCT/NHA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtainable within 3 months.
• Three (3) years of Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow to maximize provider and room efficiency.
• Take and document vital signs and review medications with patient.
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures as needed.
• Provide safe, clean environment for patients and families.
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling and billing assistance.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure proper charting and documentation.
