Duly Health and Care in Oak Lawn is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for its Orthopaedics team. The role supports physicians, handles vital signs, and assists with procedures in a patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities include immunizations, lab tests, charting, and travel to other local clinics as needed. Requires MA education and CPR certification with growth potential in a caring, physician-led network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience required.
• Active CMA/MA certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to certify on hire required.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Prior MA/CMA/CNA/EMT or 2 years of medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vitals, and health history.
• Support physicians during exams, minor procedures, dressing changes, and first aid.
• Assist with immunizations or injections and prescription requests.
• Perform onsite lab tests: EKG, PFTs, glucose, urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and provide excellent patient service.
• Travel to other local clinics as needed.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
