Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support clinical care under the supervision of a nurse or licensed practitioner, with travel between the Little Egg Harbour and Manahawkin offices.

You will prepare exam rooms and supplies, record vital signs, assist physicians during visits, perform basic tests as directed, and maintain patient records and confidentiality while providing compassionate, efficient office support.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exam room, treatment room, supplies and instruments.
• Takes patient vital signs and records in medical chart.
• Assists with physician visits and examinations as directed.
• Performs lab-related tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Maintains patient records and handles confidential information.
• Supports clerical office functions and uses computer software.
