Mercy Health’s Howland Medical Center is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a primary care team. The CMA collaborates with the physician to provide high-quality patient care, review and update health records, and prepare treatment areas for exams.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, measuring vital signs, preparing charts, managing supplies, and handling routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication with patients and team.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with healthcare office procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and the community in a respectful manner.
