Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a compassionate healthcare professional to provide general direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting under physician supervision. The role supports care team operations, coordinates patient flow, and may perform administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include patient intake, vital signs, specimen collection, charting in EMR, scheduling, and assisting with radiology orders and referrals across multiple vascular surgery locations in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• National CCMA certification from: NHA, AAMA, NAHP, ARMA, AMT, AMCA, or NCCT.
• 1 year of experience in Health Care services.
• 2+ Years Experience in outpatient, ambulatory setting.
• Excellent Communication, Work Ethic, Active Listening, Adaptability to working in fast-paced environment, and professionalism.
• BLS upon hire
• EPIC or similar EMR system

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake and update medical records.
• Record vital signs and administer medications under physician supervision.
• Assist with walk-in and scheduled clinic visits and verify clinical data.
• Guide patients through the health care system and schedule appointments.
• Managing radiology orders for vascular surgery and scheduling tests.
• Assist in obtaining authorizations for surgical procedures.
• Assist in AMG Quality Inspection.
