Job summary

Prosser Memorial Health in Prosser, WA is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support providers, clinicians, and office staff. The role includes occasional front-desk coverage and ensuring efficient patient flow.

Requires WA DOH CMA-Certified credential, BLS, and bilingual Spanish; high school diploma or GED and completion of an MA program. Pay range is $20.88–$36.21 per hour with benefits.

Job Summary:

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED

Graduate of medical assistant program.

Current WA State DOH Medical Assistant-Certified credential.

General knowledge of office procedures and computer systems.

Required:

Bilingual in Spanish.

Preferred:

1-2 years clinical experience.

Licensure & Certification Requirements:

Requires current Washington State DOH Medical Assistant-Certified credential.

Must maintain BLS certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $20.88-$36.21
• Incentive Compensation: Eligible for up to 5% of annual salary through the incentive program
