AdventHealth in Fletcher, NC is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. You will support clinical workflows, prepare patients and equipment, perform tests, and document results in the practice system, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Required CMA certifications (BLS + CMA/CMAC/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA), HS diploma, and 1+ year related experience preferred; strong English and computer skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced setting.

Job Description: Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus Up to $5,000 Relocation Bonus Available Base Pay Rates from $19/hr Plus $3 Differential Pay Shift: Full Time Days Mon-Fri Location: Providing coverage for any physician office within the counties we serve Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations. Stays up to date and familiar with all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Maintains education requirements for the position and demonstrates competency through annual clinical competencies and written tests. Ensures efficient office flow by preparing patients and equipment for treatment, initiating testing, and documenting results in the practice’s designated system. Maintains OSHA regulatory enforcement and other office compliance, following safety processes and policies. Provides whole care to patients during office visits, including intake, test results, screenings, labs, medication administration, and closure of care gaps.
