Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to assist in delivering clinical care under supervision. The role involves preparing examination rooms, taking vitals, and performing tests such as EKG and phlebotomy as directed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exam room, treatment room, supplies and instruments.
• Takes patient vitals and records in medical chart.
• Performs EKG, PFT, Audiometry, and other tests as indicated.
• Maintains patient records and assists with billing procedures.
• Uses computer software to maintain office systems.
