Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Westminster, MD is seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide high quality care in our Family Practice clinic.

You will administer medications and immunizations, obtain vital signs, maintain inventory, and ensure safe, efficient patient flow. Requirements include a HS Diploma or GED, CMA certification within 3 months of hire, CPR certification, and two years of ambulatory care experience preferred. Full-time, day shift, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; MA training preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification required and recertification every 2 years.
• Two years of MA experience in ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and immunizations, obtains vital signs, maintains supplies.
• Ensures safe and efficient patient flow in the clinic.
