OSF HealthCare is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to perform delegated clinical and administrative duties in a busy clinic. The role may involve both clinical and front office functions to support physicians and providers, delivering patient care with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Medical Assistant training program, and one of the recognized CMA/AMT/NCCT/NAHP/NCMA/CCMA credentials. Prior EHR experience is preferred.

Expected pay for this position is $20.41 - $24.01/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Medical Assistant will perform delegated clinical and administrative duties consistent with Medical Assistant program education, training, and experience. May work in both the clinical and front office functions of the practice providing clerical support, assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care support activities at the direction of the physician/provider. Performs the duties in accordance with the specific needs of the practice.
