Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support residents and team members in the Employee Health Clinic. You will work with the Nurse Practitioner and Practice Administrator, handling clinical duties and essential administrative tasks in a warm, mission-driven setting.

The role emphasizes patient care, privacy, and coordination of care, with opportunities to expand skills through education assistance and a broad benefits package.

Formación

• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program and valid certification.
• CPR certification is required; current MA certification is required.
• Phlebotomy certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain schedules for employee visits and accurate information in medical records.
• Perform front desk receptionist duties: data entry, IT access, filing, and phone coverage.
• Ensure accurate registration, insurance verification, coding, and charge entry in the EHR.
• Prepare employee for examination, including vital signs and patient positioning.
• Perform blood draws, vaccinations, and EKGs under supervision.
• Prepare reports on monthly utilization and satisfaction summaries as requested.
• Maintain lab compliance and document QA measures.
