You will assist physicians during procedures, prep supplies, and maintain inventory across the clinic, contributing to a clean, organized, and efficient environment for optimal patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant is required.
• Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; patient-focused
• Proficiency with medical software and managing schedules and intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor new patient schedule and manage check-ins to minimize wait times.
• Prep injection supplies and route patients to the appropriate stations.
• Collect patient information to streamline processes and support the physician during procedures.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies and forms are stocked and orderly.
