Qualifications

• Education credentials include GED or equivalent or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant program may satisfy qualifications.
• At least 1 year of related clinical experience if no formal MA education.
• BCLS/CPR certification is required.
• CMA-AAMA or NCMA certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care under supervision of a physician, APP, or RN per established guidelines.
• Assist with exams, procedures and patient preparation as part of the care team.
