TEEMA Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for an outpatient healthcare setting in Seattle. This full-time role supports both clinical and administrative tasks with a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.
The CMA will interview patients, record vitals, perform basic lab work, assist physicians, manage charts, and handle front-desk duties to ensure smooth patient flow. A national CMA certification and BLS are required, with hands-on externship experience preferred.

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will provide both clinical and administrative support in a professional outpatient healthcare setting. Responsibilities include:
Interview patients and obtain and document vital signs, including pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records.
Prepare examination and treatment rooms for patient care.
Clean and sterilize medical instruments and equipment according to established procedures.
Administer medications, including injections, within scope of practice and applicable state regulations.
Perform approved laboratory testing and specimen collection.
Operate EKGs and other diagnostic equipment as permitted by state regulations.
Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care as needed.
Provide front-desk and administrative support, including scheduling appointments and assisting with patient flow.
Make patient follow-up calls as directed.
Monitor inventory and order medical and clinical supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience required.
National certification in Medical Assisting from a Premise Health-approved organization OR a Certificate/Diploma and transcripts from an accredited Medical Assistant program that includes a successfully completed hands-on externship.
Fully online Medical Assistant programs without a hands-on externship are not accepted.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with hands-on training through the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or an equivalent healthcare-provider program is required.
Strong clinical skills, including vital signs, injections, laboratory procedures, and EKGs.
Strong communication, organization, and patient-service skills.
Ability to support both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
