Job summary

QuarterLine, a PSI company, seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to join CRDAMC at Fort Hood, TX. You will provide clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced, 24/7 teaching hospital, assisting providers with exams, treatments, and daily clinic operations while delivering patient-centered care to service members, retirees, and their families.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical support skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Certification: CMA from AAMA, ARMA, or approved body.
• BLS certification.
• Graduate of CMA program accredited by CAAHEP/ABHES or U.S. Armed Forces program.
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical and administrative experience in past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to physicians and staff.
• Enter patient data and maintain medical records in systems.
• Perform basic medical procedures and specimen collection.
• Assist with patient check-ins, scheduling, and referrals.
• Maintain exam rooms and manage supplies and equipment.
