Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms, supplies, and instruments.

• Perform EKG, PFT, audiometry, and phlebotomy as directed.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Assist with billing procedures and basic clerical tasks.
• Protect patient confidentiality and communicate at appropriate levels.
• Be mindful of patient needs across age, culture, and literacy levels.
