Job summary

Aylo Health, LLC in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide patient care in a family practice under physician supervision. You will assist with exams, document vital signs, injections, blood draws and routine tests while supporting efficient clinic flow.

The role requires CMA certification, BLS, and at least 6 months in a clinical setting; travel to nearby offices may be needed. A competitive hourly base pay plus a Pay for Performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent education.
LPN- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program with a current practical nurse license.
MA- Current Medical Assistant Certification/Registration required.
Current Basic Life Support card from the American Heart Association.
6 months+ years working experience in a clinical private practice setting preferred.
Ability to travel to nearby offices as needed.
Demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, prioritize, and facilitate many on-going tasks.
Must be organized and attentive to detail, and able to work quickly and efficiently to assure patient comfort and satisfaction.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance.
Positive attitude and ability to effectively work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Interview patients, measure vital signs and record in EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
Prepare exam rooms and assist with instruments and equipment.
Clean and sterilize instruments and exam rooms.
Inspect patient rooms for cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
Administer injections or treatments and draw blood.
Perform routine laboratory tests and monitor as directed.
Operate diagnostic equipment for routine tests.
Enter data into EMR including vitals, EKGs, spirometry.
Schedule tests and procedures.
Process prescriptions via call, fax or e-prescribing.
Inventory and stock supplies.
Adhere to standards of care and HIPAA.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
General cleaning to keep office tidy.
