Overview

We are a high-end mental health clinic with office locations in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Glendale, Arizona. We provide face-to-face and telepsychiatry services at the clinics and to patients in multiple other organizations, rehabilitation centers, and detox facilities throughout Arizona. We strive to provide the best health care & customer service in a very professional, yet personalized, warm, and friendly environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create a positive, relaxing, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for patients.
  • Communicate, effectively, and succinctly with patients and providers.
  • Answer phone calls, take and transmit messages; monitor and respond to voice and email.
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out.
  • Assist with intake and screening of new patients.
  • Complete various types of paperwork for patients or insurance
  • Accurately document and maintain medical records.
  • Maintain clean, neat, and orderly front office and waiting room.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time independently and in a team setting.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain provider schedules.
  • Collect patient payments, deductibles, and patient balances.
  • Ensure company policies of financial agreements are met.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment
  • Data entry of charges and payments
  • Maintain confidentiality and apply strict standards of privacy and HIPAA compliance.
  • Other duties as needed to promote high-quality environment and patient care.
