Job summary

Frontier Dermatology is hiring a Medical Assistant to support providers across Seattle Northgate and Edmonds. The role involves rooming patients, assisting in procedures, patient education, and daily clinical tasks in a fast-paced dermatology practice.

Qualified candidates must be WA-DOH certified Medical Assistants, hold a HS Diploma or GED, and demonstrate strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail to contribute to our high-quality patient care and team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Medical Assistant through the WA State Dept of Health.
• HS Diploma, GED; and 1-3 months related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent.
• Duties include rooming patients, assisting providers in procedures, patient education, and daily patient tasks.
• Exceptional customer service, highly organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for procedures.
• Assist providers during dermatology procedures and treatments.
• Provide patient education and follow-up instruction.
• Manage daily clinical tasks and chart documentation.

Position Details:

• Overview: Do you enjoy assisting providers in procedures, learning all about a specific specialty, and getting to do a variety of tasks? Join our team as a Dermatology Medical Assistant!
• Job Title: Medical Assistant
• Locations: Seattle Northgate and Edmonds
• Typical Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00 am-5:00 pm
• Wage Range MA: $25.00 – $32.00 hourly (Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)

Washington Pay Range

$25—$32 USD
