Qualifications

  • Must hold an active CMA certification.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and immunization verification.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality patient care in a clinic setting under RN/MD supervision.
  • Document patient information in the EHR with accuracy.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate admissions or services.
  • Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming space for patients and staff.

What You’ll Do:


  • Deliver exceptional patient care in a clinic setting, working closely with doctors, specialists, and care providers.

  • Collect patient information, document in the electronic health record (EHR), and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate hospital admissions or auxiliary services.

  • Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including updating medical records and managing correspondence.

  • Provide vital support under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to ensure seamless care delivery.

Summary

QUALIFICATIONS:


Current and active Certified Medical Assistant.


High school diploma or GED required


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must maintain current CPR certification.


Must maintain current CMA certification.
