Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; EPIC or similar EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support to physicians and APPs.
• Obtain vital signs, patient history, and reconcile medications.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist with patient flow in the clinic.
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care.
• Process prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and specialty procedures.
• Perform clinical procedures after competency (EKG, phlebotomy, injections).
