Job summary

Rochester Manor+Villa is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to help residents with daily living activities, meals, dressing, and social engagement.

We hire full-time and part-time staff for all shifts, offer 8- or 12-hour shifts, flexible scheduling and weekend differential; Med Tech training is provided for qualified team members. Pre-employment criteria include a High School Diploma or GED and background checks (Pa. criminal, FBI if not PA resident for 2 years).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Pa. Criminal Background check is required.
• If not lived in PA for 2 years, FBI background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Provide direct care through meals, social activities, dressing and other personal needs.
