Lotus Village is seeking a Med Tech to assist with the Med Cart and MED passes and to support the nursing staff as needed. Candidates should be devoted, compassionate, dependable, self-motivated, and a team player with an active certification. Experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include daily care and health support for residents, ensuring the medication plan is followed, and maintaining open communication with nursing management about unit conditions and staff concerns.

Qualifications

• Active Med Tech certification is required.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, team player and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide for the daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of the resident.
• Ensure medication plan is appropriately executed.
• Maintain open communication with nursing management regarding conditions on the nursing unit and concerns related to staff, residents and visitors.
