Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relay information concerning residents' condition; maintain written records and documentation.
• Maintain communication with residents and their families to ensure needs are met.
• Assist residents with administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain records (MARs/TARs) for medicines ordered, received, and administered.
