Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Completion of the Qualified Medication Aide program with a current license per state.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as prescribed by doctors.
• Receive, organize, and store medications.
• Check vitals, monitor skin health, and track weight changes.
• Review care plans daily and update the team on changes.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Lend a hand with other tasks that support the community.
