Brookdale Senior Living is seeking Certified Medication Aides/Techs in Gilbert, AZ to support medication administration under state regulations. Roles may be PT or FT, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package based on employment status.

You will ensure medications are prepared and documented correctly, assist with medication cart audits, and coordinate with pharmacies. Training/certification is required, with opportunities for growth within Brookdale as you gain experience.

• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medications as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
• Keep the medication supply room organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications.
• Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
