Job summary

Rumford Community Home Corporation seeks a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join the Assisted Living team in Rumford, ME. The position requires CRMA certification or eligibility, with supervision from licensed nursing staff.

Qualifications

• CRMA certification required or will be trained as CRMA within 4 months of employment.
• Must have state approved 40-hour certificated medication administration.
• Experience in long-term care resident care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications to residents under physician orders and nurse supervision.
• Performs routine daily tasks to maintain residents' health, comfort and well-being.
• Communicates with residents, families, medical staff and facility personnel.
• Works under licensed nurse direction and follows facility policies and procedures.
