Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Massage Therapist at our Reynoldsburg location. You will design personalized treatment plans and create a welcoming, healing environment for members and guests, while supporting a membership-driven experience.

Candidates should know Swedish Massage, adhere to licensing rules, maintain professional spaces, and participate in ongoing modality training offered by Hand & Stone. Join a team focused on care and growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Prenatal, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
