Cornerstone Auto Group in Minnesota is seeking a Certified Light Duty Technician to join our family-owned dealership and uphold our standards of excellence. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, document work, and coordinate with the Service Advisor to meet safety and quality requirements.

With 3+ years of experience and a valid driver’s license, you’ll work in a fast-paced shop, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technician
• Experience working on all types of vehicles
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and diagnostics with efficiency and accuracy
• Document all work and recommendations on repair orders
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisor
• Inspect vehicles to determine additional safety or service needs
• Follow Federal, State, and Local regulations (OSHA, hazardous waste)
• Keep shop areas neat and clean
