Advocate Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to support the High Point Medical Center SPD team during the 2nd shift. You will guide staff through the sterile processing cycle, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain compliance with department policies.
Highest priority is patient safety and efficient case cart management, with opportunities to lead projects and coordinate with OR teams. Requires CSPDT and two years of SPD experience.

Pay Range $22.50 - $33.75
High School diploma or GED equivalent with two years' experience in Sterile Processing.
Certification as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT), or other sterile processing certification required. Certification in Sterile Processing Management strongly encouraged within three years of hire.
