Grow With Us Learning Academy is seeking a Certified Lead Teacher to nurture young learners across developmental domains. You will create weekly lesson plans, deliver engaging activities, and document progress through observations, notes, and family conversations.

This full‑time role requires CPR/First Aid certification and an Early Childhood Education credential or equivalent. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a childcare lead teacher.
• Strong understanding of child development and current early education practices.
• Creative, patient, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement weekly lesson plans that promote creativity, learning, and age-appropriate skill development.
• Use diverse teaching methods including storytelling, hands-on activities, creative arts, games, and outdoor learning.
• Evaluate and document children’s developmental progress through observations and daily notes.
• Maintain consistent communication with families regarding their child’s day, growth, and achievements.
• Support a structured daily schedule that promotes routine and a positive classroom flow.
• Encourage positive interactions among children and help guide social-emotional development.
• Identify behavioral or developmental concerns and take appropriate steps to support each child’s needs.
• Assist with hygiene routines such as diapering, toileting, and handwashing following health and safety standards.
• Prepare and serve age-appropriate meals/snacks while following food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment at all times.
