Thelen Auto Group in Bay City, MI, is seeking a Certified Kia Automotive Technician to join a family-owned dealership that values its technicians. You’ll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across vehicle brands, using advanced diagnostic tools to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• ASE or state certification required.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their craft.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and powertrain systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across our vehicle brands.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and powertrain systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and specialty automotive equipment.
• Identify issues and recommend the right repairs.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations with customers and service advisors.
• Deliver quality workmanship you can be proud of.
• Work as part of a team that values doing things the right way.
