Job summary

UC Health is a regional adult academic health system seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to support OR and L/D departments. You will ensure sterility, prep and distribute instruments, and train new staff. CRCST certification and Surgical Technology program background are preferred, with 1 year of experience suggested.

Performs all activities associated with decontamination, clean prep, tray assembly, sterilization, distribution and acquiring of instruments and supplies for the OR and L/D Departments

• Perform all level I tech duties and responsibilities

Minimum Required:

• Graduate of CRCST program or graduate of Surgical Technology program.
• CRCST required along with annual maintenance for non-Surgical Technology graduates.
• 1 year sterile processing experience preferred.
