Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients to maintain independence.

You will work under nurse-directed care plans, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the office. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional with strong communication.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
