Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans in a role with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
