Job summary

Unicare Home Care is seeking licensed Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants to support clients in their daily lives across multiple locations in Brooklyn, NY. Join a team led by registered nurses and care managers dedicated to dignity and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, dressing, bathing, meals, shopping, and providing emotional support. A good candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to compassionate patient care with clear communication to physicians

Qualifications

• Licensed HHA or PCA with at least 2 references.
• Support clients in daily living activities in their homes.
• Home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients who can’t move on their own.
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat, etc.
• Assist with shopping and errands.
• Provide emotional support to clients and families.
• Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
