Job summary

Qualifications

• Indiana Home Health Aide Certification (HHA) is required.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) and with medication reminders.
• Monitors and documents vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) as directed by nursing staff.
• Provides companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assists with meals and ensures dietary needs are met.
• Supports mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and safety protocols.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and common areas.
• Complies with facility policies and safety guidelines.
