Job summary

HomeWell Care Services NJ111 is seeking compassionate CHHAs to join New Jersey’s trusted home care team. Earn $20–$22 per hour with a limited-time $500 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, paid orientation, and convenient Zoom interviews as part of a supportive office team.

Provide personal care, mobility assistance, health monitoring, and companionship in clients’ homes across Ocean County, NJ. Must have NJ CHHA certification and reliable transportation to client homes.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA certification is required.
• Experience in home care or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapies.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation for clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
